Storm Damage to basement

This summer our SERVPRO of South Arlington franchise was called out to a condo building in Arlington,VA after a weekend of heavy rain and flooding. The basement of the condo unit had a couple of inches of standing storm water through out. The basement was not used often and a day or two after the heavy flooding the family went into the basement and noticed there was standing water. Due to the amount of time the water was sitting the rug's color bled out onto the carpet underneath. Our SERVPRO of South Arlington team came out and extracted the storm water and performed specialized carpet cleaning to get the carpet back to it's preloss condition.
