Water and Sewage Damage
On 03/23/2016 SERVPRO was notified of a sewage backup from a toilet in a basement of a private residence in Falls Church, Virginia. Project Manager Rob R. and a crew of SERVPRO technicians responded to this location and performed an initial inspection. It was determined that a sewage backup caused damage to the basement bathroom, hallway, and storage closet. Crews extracted water and sewage from all of the affected areas along with removing the carpet and carpet padding in the hallway and storage closet. Dehumidifiers and an air scrubber were placed at the location until acceptable dry levels were achieved. Upon return, affected tack strips and baseboards were removed along with a final cleaning of the floor, toilet, and bathtub. Look at the difference the SERVPRO team makes!
